Built on hands-on manufacturing and running our own brands, Heib Lab develops and manufactures formulas through an ODM approach that also proposes product planning and formula development. Clients can add just their brand to the finished product and go straight to market.
How it works
From sample development to content lock, component makeup, bulk production, quality control, and filling and delivery, we run the whole process on one line. Wherever you are in development, we develop a fitting formula and assemble components so you can produce high-quality products quickly.
Formulation
From trend-driven functional ingredients to herbal-based formulas, with formulation strength that is not limited to a few ingredients, we develop a formula to match your brand concept. We revise samples up to five times per item to confirm the formula and stability.
Packaging
We work on component makeup and design, including bottles, cartons, and labels. We propose packaging that maximizes product value to match the concept, then confirm specs together.
Manufacturing
We produce on our own line built on ISO 22716 and ISO 9001 quality systems. From market-test runs of 300 to volume of 5,000 and beyond, the same partner responds on the same line with stable quality.
