This English translation is provided for the convenience of our clients. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Korean versions, the Korean version prevails.

Heib Lab Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the ‘Company’) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to safeguard their rights and interests. This policy applies to the website operated by the Company (heiblab.com) and to the OEM·ODM consultation process.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Information
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes: (1) OEM·ODM manufacturing consultation and quotation guidance, (2) responding to and replying to customer inquiries, (3) conclusion and performance of contracts and maintenance of business relationships, and (4) statistical analysis for service improvement. Personal information that has been processed is not used for any purpose other than those stated.
3. Items and Methods of Collection
In the course of consultation requests, email and telephone inquiries, and KakaoTalk channel consultations, the Company collects information necessary for consultation, such as name, contact number, email address, company name, and product concept, quantity, and schedule. Personal information is collected only when the data subject voluntarily provides it through the website form, email (info@heiblab.co.kr), the main telephone line (032-243-0799), and similar channels.
4. Retention and Use Period
The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention period required by law or the retention period consented to by the data subject. Consultation and inquiry information is destroyed without delay once its purpose has been achieved; where the relevant laws require preservation, it is retained for the corresponding period.
5. Provision to Third Parties
The Company processes personal information only within the scope stated in this policy and does not provide it to any third party without the prior consent of the data subject. Exceptions apply where there are special provisions in the law or a lawful request from an investigative agency.
6. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

7. Overseas Transfer of Personal Information

(United States), Resend (United States) · Items transferred: name, contact number, email, brand name, inquiry content, and other items entered in the consultation inquiry form · Time and method of transfer: transmitted immediately over the network upon submission of the inquiry · Purpose of transfer: storage and management of consultation inquiry information and sending of inquiry-received notification emails · Retention period: same as Article 4 (Retention and Use Period) of this policy · How to refuse and disadvantages of refusal: data subjects may refuse consent to the overseas transfer, in which case submitting a consultation inquiry through the website may be limited. 8. Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them

The Company may use cookies to improve user convenience. Users may refuse the storage of cookies through their web browser settings; if the storage of cookies is refused, the use of some services may be limited.
