Leading the way in K-beauty
Drawing on direct manufacturing and running our own brands, Heib Lab is a cosmetics maker that acts as an OEM·ODM partner for domestic and global brands. On our own production lines we make everything from small runs of 300 to volume of 5,000 and beyond, and we work with domestic and overseas brands under ISO 22716 (cosmetics GMP) and ISO 9001 certified quality systems. A 4.91 rating from real buyer reviews of our own brand and a Korea HMA Beauty Award prove our manufacturing quality, and we run formulation, texture, packaging, labeling, and delivery on one line.
Quality management system
Heib Lab's production runs on ISO 22716, the international GMP standard for cosmetics, and ISO 9001, the international quality-management standard. International-level quality control applies across the whole process, from raw-material intake to filling and delivery, and we confirm texture and stability through cosmetic testing. We deliver stable manufacturing quality to both domestic and overseas brands, and we verify quality before mass production through stability testing at the sample stage and content sign-off. A 4.91 rating from real buyers of our own brand proves the result of Heib Lab's manufacturing quality.
Manufacturing process
From client consultation to filling, packaging, and delivery, Heib Lab manufactures products through a nine-step OEM·ODM process. We run everything from sample development to delivery on one line, and the same partner responds on the same line, from small runs of 300 to volume of 5,000 and beyond.

We develop samples of texture, scent, and feel. Each item can be revised up to five times.

We test texture and stability through sampling and confirm the contents.

We draw up the first quote and the contract.
