What we do
We review texture, feel, ingredient makeup, and functional direction against each brand concept and product purpose, then develop a custom formula. From toner, mist, essence, lotion, cream, and pads through to body, hair, and fragrance care, we manufacture cosmetic contents across a wide range of categories as an OEM·ODM partner. From the first consultation and sample development through formula sign-off and contents manufacturing, we provide the hands-on manufacturing service a product needs at every stage of development.

Heib Lab's manufacturing edge starts with formula design. Against the product's purpose, target, and feel, we review everything from functional ingredients to nature-derived and herbal ingredients, and design the ingredient makeup, texture, and feel from there. Rather than repeating a fixed formula, we give shape to the product direction a brand wants and develop a formula built for that brand.

Heib Lab's production runs on ISO 22716, the international GMP standard for cosmetics, and ISO 9001, the international quality management standard. Quality control criteria apply at every stage, from raw-material intake through manufacturing, filling, and inspection, and the same quality standard governs everything from small runs to volume production.

Heib Lab began from the experience of making products ourselves. Having planned, manufactured, and run our own brands, and lived through real customer response and repeat purchases, we go beyond contract manufacturing to think through what a brand needs to survive in the market. We grow together with client brands through proposals only a maker can offer.
